NASA - RITORNO ALLA LUNA: Human Lunar Lander Announcement for Artemis Moon Program.

 LA NASA TORNA SULLA LUNA

Human Lunar Lander Announcement for Artemis Moon Program
This Week in Space
Happy Launchiversary!
Destined to revolutionize our understanding of the Sun, the Parker Solar Probe launched one year ago on Aug. 12, 2018 to travel closer to the Sun's surface than any spacecraft before it. Since launch, it has sent back a host of groundbreaking scientific data.
NASA and SpaceX
This week, astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken worked with teams from NASA and SpaceX to rehearse exiting the capsule from SpaceX's Crew Dragon, which will be used to carry humans to the International Space Station.
Preview a Spacewalk
Astronauts Nick Hague and Andrew Morgan are set to conduct a spacewalk on Aug. 21. The spacewalkers' mission is to install a second commercial crew vehicle docking port on top of the Harmony module. NASA TV coverage will begin at 6:30 a.m. ET.
Here Comes the Sun
We've selected two proposals to further study the nature of space. One will be chosen to launch with a spacecraft that will be positioned about one million miles away from Earth towards the Sun.
NASA People Spotlight
I see the Moon, and the Moon sees me.

"Watching the Moonrise from the Earth, I am reminded of the song sung to babies for generations, and I think of the generations to come that will call the Moon home."

Nick Hague was selected as an astronaut in 2013. Hague is a part of the Expedition 59 and 60 crew that launched to the International Space Station in March 2019.
Image Spotlight
The pair of strange, luminescent creatures at play in this image are actually galaxies — realms of millions upon millions of stars. The galaxies are seen by Hubble Space Telescope as their mutual gravitational attraction is pulling them closer and closer together and distorting their shapes in the process. Over time, the two galaxies will likely merge into one.
